I know when I was hurting from PTSD I didn't want to hear "in a few years you might feel better." I wanted solutions and would do anything to feel better now.

You can expect to discover options and solutions as you are guided on your path of self-discovery to well-being.  It isn't always easy, but then again, is life easy for you now? You will have exercises that help you stay active and on track even when you aren't here in the office. But we don't stop at good enough. You will be guided, given the tools, and taught the skills to help you discover your new life of fulfillment. And let's face it, with or without trauma, that's what we all want, isn't it?
