Your training kept you sharp for years. If it's finally catching up with you, sleep going, focus going, feeling anxious for no clear reason, that's not random. That's what happens when a body runs on high alert long enough, and there's a way to work through it.

Why does “get it together” stop working?

You've always been able to handle whatever came your way. But what's happening now is major: you can't focus, sleep is a thing of the past, and you feel anxious at some of the most unexpected moments. It's confusing, because you've always just gotten it together, and now you'd do anything if someone would tell you what to do to feel some relief. Trauma, anxiety, and depression aren't a sign of weakness or laziness. They're indicators that you need a bit of help adapting, whether you're dealing with a major loss, a deployment, a retirement, or a huge life change.

Who do you work with?

I work with first responders, veterans, and ER professionals across Montana who are used to handling everything, until now. I'm licensed in Montana with over 10 years of experience working with trauma and high-stress professions. In-person sessions are available in Great Falls, and secure telehealth is available for clients across the state, including Helena, Bozeman, Missoula, and Billings.

What makes this practice different?

I'm one of the few EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, a tapping-based therapy method) providers in Montana treating combat and occupational trauma, and I'm not working from theory. I spent 7 years living and working in a combat zone in the Middle East before I became a therapist.

We'll look at your diet, exercise, life purpose, and other facets of your life to find what actually works for you.
